We welcome your comments and opinions to the discussion areas of our website. We hope that by fostering a discussion on PGAmagazine.com, PGA Professionals and other members of the golf industry can share and benefit from an exchange of ideas. To keep our online discussions professional, interesting and relevant, we ask that you abide by the following rules.
By participating in our online discussion group, you agree to follow these Guidelines:
1. You will not submit inappropriate content, which includes but is not limited to:
- Comments that are not relevant to the discussion topic
- Comments that engage in personal attacks or that are defamatory
- Comments that include profanity or other unprofessional language
- Comments that can be construed as advertising or other solicitation
- Comments that violate any copyright or intellectual property law
2. You will not impersonate others or misrepresent your own identity or industry affiliation. Comments that contain signatures by someone other than the actual author will be removed.
3. You agree that you are fully responsible for any content that you submit to PGAmagazine.com. If you discover that something is incorrect, inappropriate, or otherwise violates these Guidelines, you will notify PGA Magazine so that said content may be removed. You indemnify the publishers of PGA Magazine and The PGA of America and their directors, officers, managers, employees, shareholders, agents, and licensors, from and against losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any claim brought by any third party relating to content you have posted.
4. You agree that PGA Magazine is not responsible for any user-submitted content. You recognize that PGA Magazine has the right to monitor and to remove submitted content that violates these Guidelines or is otherwise deemed inappropriate. PGA Magazine also reserves the right to revoke, at its sole discretion, a user’s privilege to post content on PGAmagazine.com.
5. You certify that you have the permission of others who have contributed to or are featured in any content that you submit. If there are any individuals under the age of 18 in any photos, video, or other content that you submit, you must obtain the permission of each such individual's parent or legal guardian prior to submitting the content.
6. You acknowledge and agree any use and/or reliance on any information obtained through the interactive forums at your own risk. We are not in any manner endorsing the content of the interactive forums and cannot and will not vouch for its reliability. PGA Magazine is not responsible for the accuracy of product information or descriptions. Views expressed herein are not necessarily those of this magazine or its sponsors. No content herein shall constitute an endorsement by this magazine or the persons and organizations associated with it.
7. For any comment that you submit, you give the publishers of PGA Magazine a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual and exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, incorporate into other works, distribute, display, and otherwise exploit such content, in whole or in part in any form or media.
